Terms of Business.
We like to keep things simple at Pads Sheds so we can concentrate on making brilliant spaces for you to enjoy. You’ll get attention to detail, great customer service, quality workmanship and good people and we expect decent behaviour from you in return.
ORDERS
When we call to confirm your order, please make yourself available. We’ll run through everything together but it is up to you to give us written or verbal approval that everything is correct before paying a deposit as your money is your commitment.
DEPOSITS
Deposits must be made before we book in your order or we will not start your project. Deposits are non-refundable as your money will be used to buy sustainable wood. Deposits made though finance are subject to different deposit terms.
CHANGES
Any changes you would like to make after a deposit is agreed may result in a price adjustment.
BALANCES
Any remaining balance must be paid on the date of completion. All products remain the property of Pad Sheds until your account is paid in full. Failure to settle any outstanding amounts within 14 calendar days of completion gives us the right to remove your product and sell to another customer and retain your initial deposit. Customers paying through finance please see terms and conditions outlined below
BASES
Bases for shed and summer house installations must be prepared to adequate standard. Pads Sheds may refuse to install our product if the base is not suitable and will only return on an agreed date once the issues are rectified. This process will incur extra fees to cover mileage and man hours.
WEATHER PROTECTED
If not taking the option of pads shed applying 2 coats of weather protector to your build. Its customers responsibly to apply 2 coats within 10 days of being erected as all our builds are untreated externally.
ACCESS
Please inform us if there is poor access of where build is going as may result as an extra charge. There must be sufficient room left around where building is going for the manufacturers to have full working access to erect and if any repairs need carried out in the future.
TERM AMENDMENTS
From time to time, we may at our sole discretion make changes to these terms. We, Pads Sheds and you the customer will abide by these terms. Any changes made after the deposit is made may result in price adjustment.
QUOTE
All quotes are based on materials at present time and could be subject to change.
FINANCE
Pads Sheds LTD is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Ideal Sales Solutions Ltd, t/a Ideal4Finance. Ideal Sales Solutions is a credit broker and not a lender (FRN 703401). Finance available subject to status. The rate offered is always provisional and will depend upon your personal circumstances, the loan amount and the term.
ONE YEAR INSTALLATION GUARANTEE
All of our products are heavy duty, high standard, garden timber builds and come with a one year installation guarantee provided Pads Sheds install the product.
What it does include
Any damage while building and installing your structure or cracked glass during installing. Repairing any leaks or locks needing adjusted needs to be reported within 7 days of occurrence.
What it does not include
We’ll always be able to help fix one of our products but we will need to charge you for our time if any of the following occur;
You choose to erect the product yourself and there is damage to materials that need rectifying. If the base has not been prepared to standard. Installation will need to be delayed until all base issues are rectified and will incur additional costs. Any damaged your on your build that it needs repair due to neglect, misuse, not securing all locks provided or modifications not done by pads sheds.
Its customers sole responsibility to read and fully understand all of the above prior to placing any order.
